I goofed up and ended up with the files in the wrong place when I updated WordPress last weekend. The files are available for download again. I'm almost done with the re-work to make folding a little smarter, as described on the project page; I should have that version available within the next few days. @Mike: no worries, but it sounds like I’ve got a bit to do to enable comments on the Komodo-CFML page itself.
